Before You Return
Please reach out to us first. Our products offer flexible dosing options, and many customers see a meaningful difference simply by adjusting their dosage. If you're on a subscription and received more product than you need right now, we can reschedule or pause your next delivery with no return necessary.
Our team will personally connect with you, and if a return is the right path forward, we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
What We Can and Can't Do
Because our products are consumable supplements, we're unable to process refunds on opened or used bottles under any circumstances.
First-time customers may return unopened bottles within 90 days of their original purchase date. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and international orders are final sale.
Active subscription customers may return unopened bottles within 90 days of their shipment date. We always encourage you to reach out first, and if a return is the right call, we'll guide you through it and provide you with an RMA number. All other orders are final sale. To protect the integrity of every return, we're unable to accept packages that arrive without a valid RMA number or that contain opened or used bottles. Items returned under these circumstances are not eligible for a refund and unfortunately cannot be reshipped.
